property on the seafront. Ideal for a morning jog,
roller blade, or a pleasant stroll at any time of the
day.
Cycle Path: The National Cycle Network runs along the
seafront in both directions.
Health clubs: The Jarvis Hotel welcomes visitors to
their health club for a small charge. Pool, sauna,
sunbed and jaccuzzi. 50 metres from the property. Or
choose from a variety of other health clubs.
Swimming: As above, or the King Alfred Leisure Centre
is less than a mile along the seafront into Hove. For
the more daring, try a swim in the sea!
Watersports: Hove
Water Sports Centre offer training and use of their
equipment on the open sea or training enclosures.

The new public petanque area is on the seafront directly
opposite the property. Petanque balls are provided for
your pleasure.
CHILDREN'S PLAY AREA
The Peter Pan Playground with paddling pool, changing
